The following is the fee schedule for application and move in payments:
- A $25 non refundable application fee will be charged for each adult applicant.
- A holding fee of 1 month's rent will be required to reserve an apartment. Holding fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards your first month's rent.
- Non-Refundable fee of $50 for the Certificate of Occupancy Inspection by the Piscataway Township due upon placing the hold fee..
- A security deposit of $399 to 1 1/2 month's rent will be due at lease signing.
- Mandatory Amenity Fee: $175 for 1 person (1 fob), $275 for 2-5 people (2 fobs)
